Most miners are looking to significantly cut emissions at their operations through renewable energy and storage and transition their fleets to battery electric or other low-carbon alternatives. This is a complicated, uncharted transition involving a variety of technologies, strategies, financing structures and collaborations. "The Decarbonised Mine " is the theme of this 8th annual international Summit which will bring together 700+ mining and decarbonisation experts to benchmark strategies for meeting decarbonisation goals in mining and discuss the challenges for reaching net zero targets.
